Responsibility is a complex thing to assign, to take, and to understand the implications of. In this chapter we’ll take a close look at some often overlooked aspects of assigning and taking responsibility. It’s a heavy one, and I’m going to ask you to try to take in the whole thing at once. And before you do, please keep in mind that the entire point of this framing is to produce the greatest degree of empowerment for anyone who takes on this challenge.
